Basketball Recap: Covington-Douglas Finds Home Court Redemption Against Waynoka

There's no place like home for Covington-Douglas, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They took down the Waynoka Railroaders 36-21 on Saturday. The Wildcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Railroaders, too.

The victory got Covington-Douglas back to even at 2-2. As for Waynoka, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Covington-Douglas will venture away from home to face off against Pioneer-Pleasant Vale at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Waynoka, they will head out on the road to challenge Kremlin-Hillsdale at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
