Volleyball Recap: Holbrook Roadrunners vs. Mesquite Wildcats
Holbrook was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mesquite Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Roadrunners of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2018.
Holbrook's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Mesquite, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 8-1.
