Basketball Recap: Rocco Jensen's Big Game Can't Quite Lead San Juan Hills over Pacifica Christian

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact San Juan Hills can now relate to. They lost to the Pacifica Christian Tritons on the road by a 54-38 margin on Tuesday. The Stallions have struggled against the Tritons recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Several Stallions players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Rocco Jensen, who posted eight points. Jensen is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Trey Webb, who earned eight points.

San Juan Hills' loss dropped their record down to 21-10. As for Pacifica Christian, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 22-7.

San Juan Hills does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pacifica Christian, they will take on Centennial at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Centennial's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three games.
