Football Recap: North Haven Piles Up the Points Against Bristol Central

There's no place like home for North Haven, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 40-12 win over the Bristol Central Rams. The Nighthawks pushed the score to 27-6 by the end of the third, a deficit the Rams had little chance of recovering from.

North Haven found their leader in sophomore Artie McCormack IV, who rushed for 187 yards and three TDs while picking up 11.0 yards per carry.

North Haven was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 328 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in October of 2024.

Although Bristol Central took the loss, they still got scores from Quincy Lawson and Jayden Glasper.

North Haven now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Bristol Central, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
