While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 432nd, while the Tigers are ranked 129th).

Mentor's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-0. As for Euclid, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.
