The Saint James Trojans will square off against the Brewbaker Tech Rams at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Saint James sitting on five straight victories and Brewbaker Tech on eight.
On Thursday, Saint James got the win against Trinity Presbyterian by a conclusive 10-1. The result was nothing new for the Trojans, who have now won ten games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Emily Needham made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out 16 over seven innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in 12 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with three RBI and one double.
In other batting news, Sydney Johnston was incredible, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in March of 2025. Another player making a difference was Mary Olive Maddox, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.
Saint James kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least ten hits in four consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Brewbaker Tech was able to grind out a solid win over Holtville on Thursday, taking the game 5-2.
Kyra Wallace spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on eight hits and racked up seven Ks.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Heleyna Pennic, who went 1-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Ericianna Ellis, who went 2-for-3 with two runs.
Saint James' victory bumped their record up to 24-4-1. As for Brewbaker Tech, their win bumped their record up to 13-6.
