Softball Recap: Pickens Blue Flame vs. Seneca Bobcats
Pickens hadn't done well against Seneca recently (they were 1-6 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Blue Flame walked away with a 9-4 victory over the Bobcats. Nine seems to be a good number for the Blue Flame as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.
Sophie Duzan spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and one unearned) runs on five hits and racked up seven Ks.
