Volleyball Recap: Ainsley Anderson and Laila Czarniawski Secure Win for the Vanguard School

There's no place like home for The Vanguard School, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Manitou Springs Mustangs on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Coursers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Mustangs, too.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-17, 25-13.

Leading The Vanguard School to victory were Laila Czarniawski and Ainsley Anderson. Czarniawski had 17 digs and one assist, while Anderson had 14 assists and five digs. Those 17 digs gave Czarniawski a new career-high.

The Vanguard School's record now sits at 7-4. As for Manitou Springs, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.
