Basketball Recap: Gilbert Extends Winning Streak to Three

Gilbert won against Carroll last Friday with 69 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Thursday. The Gilbert Tigers were the clear victor by a 69-46 margin over the Humboldt Wildcats. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Tigers have posted since January 21st.

The victory was the third in a row for Gilbert, bringing their record for this year to 15-8. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.3 points over those games. As for Humboldt, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-9.
