Soccer Recap: Carroll Takes a Loss

After flying high against Greene County last Thursday, Carroll came back down to earth. The Tigers fell just short of the Logan-Magnolia Panthers by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. Carroll have struggled against Logan-Magnolia recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Carroll's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Logan-Magnolia, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-2-2.

Looking ahead, Carroll will take on Ballard at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Logan-Magnolia, they will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Denison-Schleswig at 5:00 p.m.
