Basketball Game Preview: NEST+m vs. Green

NEST+m will face off against Green at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. NEST+m's defense has only allowed 27 points per game this season, so Green's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Green is hoping to do what Bard couldn't on Monday: put an end to NEST+m's winning streak, which now stands at three games. NEST+m blew past Bard 46-16. NEST+m has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Green came into Monday's contest having lost eight straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They greeted the New Year with with a 33-18 victory over Chelsea. Green's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

NEST+m pushed their record up to 5-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 20.3 points per game. As for Green, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-7.

Things could have been worse for NEST+m, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 48-34 loss to Green in their previous meeting back in January of 2024. Can NEST+m avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
