Fleming has gone 9-1 against Weldon Valley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Fleming Wildcats will head out on the road to challenge the Weldon Valley Warriors at 5:00 p.m. Fleming is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

Last Tuesday, Fleming came up short against Merino and fell 49-39.

Meanwhile, Weldon Valley lost to Loveland Protestant Reformed Christian at home by a 68-52 margin on Tuesday.

Fleming will need focus on slowing down August Filter, one of several Weldon Valley players who made an impact when they last played. He posted 23 points. Filter's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Zander Braun, who had 18 points.

Weldon Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Fleming, their loss dropped their record down to 1-14.

Fleming was able to grind out a solid win over Weldon Valley in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, winning 48-37. Does Fleming have another victory up their sleeve, or will Weldon Valley turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
