Basketball Recap: Valley Picks Up 19th Straight Win on the Road

Valley took a 23-point loss the last time they faced off against Spur, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Valley Patriots skirted past the Spur Bulldogs 48-45. The win was nothing new for the Patriots as they're now sitting on nine straight.

Valley's victory was their 19th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 28-2. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.2 points per game. As for Spur, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 18-12.
