Soccer Recap: Bolles Victorious

On MondayOakleaf kept up with Bolles until halftime, but afterwards: not so much. The Bolles Bulldogs never let the Oakleaf Knights onto the board and left with a 5-0 win. The high-scoring effort was just what the Bulldogs needed considering they were shutout in their previous game.

They hit Oakleaf with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Zoe Fineman (2), Olivia Schneider, Sofia Bonati, and Francesca Tapley.

The victory got Bolles back to even at 6-6-4. As for Oakleaf, they dropped their record down to 5-8 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Bolles will venture away from home to face off against Providence School at 7:20 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Oakleaf, they will welcome Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
