Volleyball Recap: Bellevue Eagles vs. Perrin-Whitt Pirates
Bellevue was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Perrin-Whitt Pirates.
The final score came out to 25-18, 27-29, 25-15, 25-13.
Perrin-Whitt found their leader in underclassman Mackenzie Green, who had nine digs and four aces. The dominant performance gave Green a new career-high in aces.
Bellevue's loss dropped their record down to 6-23. As for Perrin-Whitt, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 15-8 record.
Bellevue will head out to face off against Gold-Burg at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Perrin-Whitt, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Ranger at 11:00 a.m.
