Basketball Recap: Dassel-Cokato Comes Up Short

Dassel-Cokato lost against Central back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Dassel-Cokato Chargers took a 72-55 bruising from the Central Raiders.

Dassel-Cokato has also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season. As for Central, their victory bumped their record up to 11-8.

Coming up, Dassel-Cokato will challenge Lester Prairie at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Lester Prairie knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five games -- so hopefully Dassel-Cokato likes a good challenge. As for Central, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 64-62 win against Watertown-Mayer on the 8th.
