Jimtown dropped their record down to 18-7 on Saturday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They lost 10-3 to the Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger Saints. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Jimmies have suffered since April 16th.

Jimtown saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ty Zartman, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

As for Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 20-7. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 matches by six runs or more this season.

On Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger's side, Cole Reed looked comfortable as he pitched four innings while giving up three earned runs off five hits.

On the hitting side, Houston Ellinger was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. Jeremy Haynes was another key player, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.
