Martinsville is 3-0 against Broaddus since December of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Martinsville Pirates will host the Broaddus Bulldogs at 6:15 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

On Friday, Martinsville took their match with ease, bagging a 65-22 win over Kennard. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Pirates.

Meanwhile, Broaddus took their contest on Friday with ease, bagging an 80-9 victory over Laneville. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 113th, while the Yellowjackets are ranked 1504th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Broaddus is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 games, which provided a nice bump to their 20-4 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 45 points. As for Martinsville, they pushed their record up to 14-8 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Martinsville was able to grind out a solid victory over Broaddus in their previous meeting back in December of 2016, winning 46-33. Does Martinsville have another victory up their sleeve, or will Broaddus turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
