Basketball Recap: Eno River Academy Bobcats vs. Henderson Collegiate Pride
Eno River Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 57-46 to the Henderson Collegiate Pride. The Bobcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Pride earlier this season, when they won 55-43.

Several Bobcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jack Kroothoep, who went 5 for 11 on his way to 16 points and six steals. The dominant performance gave Kroothoep a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Nash Miller, who posted six points and five steals.
Eno River Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Henderson Collegiate, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-12.
Eno River Academy will be playing at home against Voyager Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Voyager Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matches -- so hopefully Eno River Academy likes a good challenge. Henderson Collegiate has already played their next game, a 69-37 loss against Vance Charter on the 29th.
