Basketball Recap: Fairview Takes a Loss

Fairview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 65-54 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Stryker Panthers. The Apaches were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Fairview's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Stryker, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-9.

Fairview will take on Paulding at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Paulding knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Fairview likes a good challenge. As for Stryker, they will face off against Pettisville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
