Basketball Game Preview: B O L D Warriors vs. Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta Tigers

The B O L D Warriors will venture away from home to square off against the Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Last Thursday, B O L D didn't have too much trouble with Mayer Lutheran as they won 73-58. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Crusaders recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta entered their tilt with Redwood Valley on Thursday with five consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with six. They came out on top against the Cardinals by a score of 78-71. That's two games straight that the Tigers have won by exactly seven points.

Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta pushed their record up to 16-6 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.5 points over those games. As for B O L D, their victory bumped their record up to 14-8.

B O L D beat Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta 54-47 in their previous meeting back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for B O L D since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
