Trey Davis posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. He struck out 18 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off two hits (and only one walk). He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than two walks in 12 consecutive appearances.
