Baseball Recap: Carter Takes a Loss

After flying high against Madison last Tuesday, Carter came back down to earth. The Carter Cowboys lost 22-1 to the Skyline Raiders on Thursday.

Carter saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sean Armster, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two stolen bases.

Carter now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Skyline, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 2-4 record.

Carter didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, an 18-2 loss against Adams on the 27th. As for Skyline, they will be taking part in a tournament against Spruce at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
