While Hatley put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Mantachie. The Tigers claimed a resounding 37-0 victory over the Mustangs. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Tigers just coasted through the last quarter.

Hatley's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Chris Foster led the charge by rushing for 129 yards and two TDs on only seven carries. That's the most rushing touchdowns Foster has posted since back in October of 2024. Braden Pyton also helped with two scores in total.

Hatley pushed their record up to 3-0 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 40.7 points this season. As for Mantachie, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1-1.

Looking ahead, Hatley will head out on the road to challenge Ashland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mantachie, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Smithville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
