Baseball Recap: Alpha Omega Academy Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

It was a proper cat-fight when Alpha Omega Academy faced off against Aggieland HomeSchool on Tuesday. The Alpha Omega Academy Lions came out on top against the Aggieland HomeSchool Panthers by a score of 9-6. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lions.

Alpha Omega Academy pushed their record up to 11-1-1 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.4 runs over those games. As for Aggieland HomeSchool, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Alpha Omega Academy will host Tomball Kings at 4:30 p.m. on March 27th. As for Aggieland HomeSchool, they will square off against Covenant Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Covenant Christian has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.56 runs per game on average), something Aggieland HomeSchool will no doubt try to take advantage of.
