Football Recap: Spoto Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Spoto's offense. They lost 21-0 to the Tampa Bay Tech Titans on Monday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Spartans of the 23-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

The critical scores for Tampa Bay Tech came from Amari Holloway, Payton Ward, and Gianna Floyd.

Spoto now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Tampa Bay Tech, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

After both having extra time off, Spoto and King will dust off their jerseys to square off against one another at 7:00 p.m. on March 25th. Spoto's defense has only allowed 13.4 points per game this season, so King's offense will have their work cut out for them. Tampa Bay Tech will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Blake at 7:30 p.m. on March 25th.
