Dublin is 9-1 against Amador Valley since February of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Dublin Gaels will face off against the Amador Valley Dons at 7:30 p.m. Dublin will be strutting in after a victory while Amador Valley will be coming in after a loss.

Dublin took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Monte Vista 64-61. Given the Gaels' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 28th, while the Mustangs are ranked 156th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Amador Valley has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They fell 51-42 to De La Salle on Friday.

Dublin's victory bumped their record up to 19-3. As for Amador Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-5.

Everything came up roses for Dublin against Amador Valley when the teams last played back in February of 2024, as the squad secured a 91-51 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Dublin since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
