Volleyball Preview: Mainland Buccaneers vs. DeLand Bulldogs
The Mainland Buccaneers will head out to challenge the DeLand Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Mainland was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 16 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Father Lopez only served ten.
Meanwhile, DeLand had already won four in a row, and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. They came out on top against the Barracudas by a score of 2-0.
After all that action, the final score was 25-14, 25-19.
DeLand can attribute much of their success to Victoria Stoltzfus, who had six digs and three aces, and Taylor Fonseca, who had nine digs. That's the most aces Stoltzfus has posted since two weeks ago.
Mainland is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 4-4 record this season. As for DeLand, their record now sits at 14-2.
