Recap: Highline Pirates vs. Hazen Highlanders
The Highline Pirates lost against the Hazen Highlanders back in January of 2016, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Highline fell to Hazen 52-48. Highline has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Despite the loss, Highline still got an impressive performance from Marquawn Mccraney, who scored 20 points along with 6 rebounds. Mccraney scored a full 41.7% of Highline's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Highline's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Hazen, their victory bumped their record up to 1-2.
Highline will head out on the road to face off against Lindbergh at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Hazen, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Mercer Island at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday.
