Football Game Preview: Proctor Academy Hornets vs. Berkshire School Bears

The Proctor Academy Hornets are taking a road trip to challenge the Berkshire School Bears at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Proctor Academy has struggled recently with seven defeats in a row, while Berkshire School will arrive with three straight wins.

Proctor Academy's offense might be in the hot seat on Saturday considering what happened against Capital Prep Harbor on Saturday. They came up short against the Sharks, falling 20-0.

Berkshire School not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since October 5, 2024 (when they won 48-6). They put the hurt on Hamden Hall Country Day with a sharp 28-8 victory. Proctor Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Berkshire School, their win bumped their record up to 6-1.
