Soccer Recap: Towanda Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Towanda's offense. They came up short against the North Penn-Liberty Mountie on Tuesday, falling 5-0. Towanda were not able to make up for their defeat to North Penn-Liberty from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

This is the second loss in a row for Towanda and nudges their season record down to 2-4. As for North Penn-Liberty, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Towanda will square off against Northeast Bradford at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for North Penn-Liberty, they will challenge Athens at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
