Soccer Recap: Knoxville Catholic Takes a Loss

Knoxville Catholic came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 6-2 to the Grace Christian Academy Rams. Knoxville Catholic were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Grace Christian Academy apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2023.

Joshua Palacios and Aiden McRae scored both of Knoxville Catholic's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Knoxville Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Grace Christian Academy, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Knoxville Catholic wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 4-0 loss against Hardin Valley Academy on the 13th. As for Grace Christian Academy, they have also already played their next game, a 6-0 victory against Knoxville Christian on the 13th.
