Superior made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Ray, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Superior blew past Ray 16-4 on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won five games by ten runs or more so far this season.

Lessenia Ramirez made a splash while hitting and pitching. She tossed five innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off two hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring four runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. She also launched a home run, marking her first of the season.
