Softball Recap: Paradise Valley Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Paradise Valley's offense. They came up short against the Desert Edge Scorpions on Tuesday, falling 19-0. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Paradise Valley saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was April Delgado, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases.

Paradise Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Desert Edge, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-11 record this season.

Desert Edge will take on Canyon View at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Paradise Valley will be paying especially close attention to the Scorpions' contest: after the Scorpions faces off against the Jaguars, they'll take on Paradise Valley again at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
