Volleyball Game Preview: Orchard Farm Eagles vs. Clayton Greyhounds

The Orchard Farm Eagles will take on the Clayton Greyhounds at 5:15 p.m. on Monday.

Orchard Farm is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Holt just ended the team's three-match winning streak on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Indians.

While Orchard Farm ultimately came up short, they really made Holt work, particularly in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-15, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Clayton was able to grind out a solid win over Hazelwood East on Friday, taking the game 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Greyhounds.

Clayton had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 17-25, 26-24, 25-11, 25-15.

Orchard Farm's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Clayton, they now also have a winning record of 6-5.
