Soccer Recap: South LA College Prep Starts Season with Victory Against East College Prep

South LA College Prep had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They never let the East College Prep Spartans get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory on Thursday.

Christopher Molina and Noel Martinez scored both of South LA College Prep's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

South LA College Prep and East College Prep will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Knights see the pitch they'll take on Esperanza College Prep at 1:30 p.m. on January 23, 2026. As for East College Prep, their break will end when they face Brio College Prep at 2:30 p.m. on December 12.
