Arrowhead barely beat Waukesha West the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Warhawks put the hurt on the Wolverines with a sharp 11-1 victory on Friday. That looming 11-1 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Warhawks yet this season.

Cam Carter was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out six batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits (and only one walk). He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.

In other batting news, Brendan Foley was incredible, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with three stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Those two RBI gave him a new career-high. Ollie Corry was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Arrowhead is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 2.67 runs across that stretch. As for Waukesha West, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.

Arrowhead will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Wolverines: the pair will be back at it again later today.
