Basketball Recap: Pine Hill Now 3-1 over Last Four Games

Pine Hill won the last time they faced Northwest, and Channing James did his part to make sure it happened again. The Pine Hill Warriors simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Northwest Falcons 88-33 thanks in part to James, who went 13 of 19 en route to 31 points. The contest was his sixth in a row with at least ten points.

Another player making a difference was Chance James, who went 5 for 6 on his way to 14 points. Those 14 points gave him a new career-high.

Pine Hill has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-9 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.5 points per game. As for Northwest, they are on a 30-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-11.

Pine Hill has already played their next game, a 98-44 victory against Tse' Yi' Gai on the 25th. Northwest has also already played their next contest (against To'hajiilee), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
