It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but South Point had no problem doing just that on Monday. Everything went their way against the North Forsyth Vikings as they made off with a 5-1 win. Considering South Point have won 12 contests by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit North Forsyth with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from BRYAN SHAW (2), TANNER LAYMAN, OWEN BENE, and SPENCER BAKER.

South Point pushed their record up to 19-1-3 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 30 goals over those six matchups. As for North Forsyth, their loss dropped their record down to 12-7-2.

Coming up, South Point will take on Enka at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. North Forsyth does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
