Volleyball Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is Lake Buena Vista's Seventh in Last Nine Outings

Lake Buena Vista extended their postseason success on Tuesday against Lyman. They blew past the Greyhounds 3-0. This was a revenge game for the Vipers: when they faced off against the Greyhounds back in March, they had to take a 2-1 loss.

Lake Buena Vista never let Lyman on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-23, 25-20.

Lake Buena Vista is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-13 record this season. As for Lyman, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-10.

Looking ahead, Lake Buena Vista will challenge Lake Howell at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Silverhawks will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something the Vipers surely won't give up without a fight. Lyman does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
