Baseball Recap: Klamath Union Takes a Loss

Phoenix hit Klamath Union with a five-run seventh inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Pelicans came up short against the Pirates, falling 12-2. The Pelicans just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row.

Klamath Union saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Maruk Morris, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Klamath Union's defeat dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Phoenix, they now have a winning record of 8-7.
