Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cedar Park). They breezed by the Pettus Eagles to the tune of 101-28 on Friday. Given the Timberwolves' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 545th, while the Eagles are ranked 1573rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

The victory made it two in a row for Cedar Park and bumps their season record up to 8-11. As for Pettus, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.

Cedar Park didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 61-25 loss against Stafford on the 28th. Pettus has also already played their next game, a 63-42 defeat against Travis on the 27th.
