Fort Hill and Mountain Ridge squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Fort Hill had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Miners by a score of 2-1. Fort Hill were red-hot offensively heading into the match (they scored no less than four goals in the six contests prior), but Mountain Ridge's defense proved too tough.
