Basketball Recap: Reedsville Takes a Loss

Reedsville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 62-38 to the St. Mary Catholic Zephyrs. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 329th, while the Zephyrs are ranked tenth).

Reedsville's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for St. Mary Catholic, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-1.

Reedsville will venture away from home to face off against Mishicot at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Mary Catholic, they will face off against Hilbert at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Mary Catholic knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight matches -- so hopefully Hilbert likes a good challenge.
