Soccer Recap: Northwestern Takes a Loss

Northwestern lost against Fort Mill back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. While the 2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was the Fort Mill Yellow Jackets who were credited with the victory. The Fort Mill Yellow Jackets got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to the Northwestern Trojans' two.

Northwestern's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Fort Mill, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Coincidentally, Northwestern and Fort Mill will both be playing Clover the next time they take the pitch. Northwestern will host Clover at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, while Fort Mill will host them at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday.
