Chesterton has gone 8-1 against Hobart recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Trojans will head out on the road to challenge the Brickies at 7:00 p.m. Chesterton is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.

Chesterton lost 6-1 to Concord on Saturday. While losing is never fun, Chesterton can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana soccer rankings (they are ranked 60th, while Concord are ranked eighth).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hobart). Everything went their way against Kouts on Saturday as they made off with an 11-2 victory. The matchup was close at halftime, but Hobart turned on the heat in the second half with ten goals.

The win made it two in a row for Hobart and bumps their season record up to 5-6-2. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those two matches. As for Chesterton, they now have a losing record of 6-7-1.

Everything went Chesterton's way against Hobart in their previous matchup back in August of 2024, as Chesterton made off with a 10-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Trojans since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
