Cherish Trujillo was dialed in as she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out six over five innings pitched. Considering she played a big game the last time she faced off against Parker back in April of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her eighth in a row with two or fewer walks. On the season, Trujillo has an ERA of 0.95 over 103.1 innings pitched.
