Farmingdale has gone a perfect 7-0 against Port Washington recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Dalers will face off against the Vikings at 7:00 p.m.

Farmingdale is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 48 points last Friday, they were much more limited against Massapequa on Saturday. They came up short against the Chiefs, falling 28-3. The loss continues a trend for the Dalers in their meetings with the Chiefs: they've now lost four in a row.

Port Washington never got on the board in their matchup last Saturday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Herricks/Wheatley on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 38-13 margin over Herricks/Wheatley. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Vikings' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' New York football rankings (they are ranked 127th, while Herricks/Wheatley are ranked 314th).

Having lost for the first time this season, Farmingdale fell to 5-1. As for Port Washington, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Farmingdale beat Port Washington 14-6 when the teams last played back in September of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Dalers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
