Football Recap: Donegal Has No Trouble Against Daniel Boone

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Twin Valley, Donegal was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They put the hurt on the Daniel Boone Blazers with a sharp 30-8 victory. For the Indians, this counts as revenge for the 7-6 win the Blazers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Chase Marshall was the offensive standout of the contest as he threw for 162 yards and three touchdowns on only nine passes. Those 162 passing yards gave him a new career-high. Leelan Baughman handled things on the ground, rushing for 84 yards.

Donegal's record now sits at 3-5. As for Daniel Boone, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Looking ahead, Donegal will take on Eastern Lebanon County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
