Soccer Recap: Worth County vs. Johnson
Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Worth County walked away with it. Their defense stepped up to hand the Johnson Panthers an 8-0 shutout on Thursday. Worth County might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won 12 matchups by three goals or more this season.
They hit Johnson with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from

Isabelle Hancock.
The win was the third in a row for Worth County, bringing their record for this year to 16-3. As for Johnson, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-4.
Worth County will head out on the road to challenge Academy for Classical Education at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Academy for Classical Education is on a four-game streak of home wins, Worth County a three-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the pitch. Johnson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
